Born and raised in this area, I have a lifelong love for our natural beauty of the mountain, rivers and streams. This is where my wife Susie and I chose to live and raise our 2 sons.Living on our small farm in Jumping Branch for over 30 years, and being desendents of some our the counties earliest settlers, we have deep roots in the community. My father was a local building contractor and developer so I learned real estate from the ground up. We have been selling real estate since 1977 and in 1980 started Jones Realty. We are happy to say we have helped many customers find their dream property.....we have helped other sell when they needed to.....we like helping people. We have been a United Country affilitate since 1988 and really feel like a part of the large United Country family.
I am a 1975 Graduate of Marshall University in Huntington, WV. and avidly support Thundering Herd Football. I was a member of the 1970 Marshall Football program as an equiptment manager This was the team that perished in the Nov. 14, 1970 plane crash that killed all 75 passengers aboard. The Lord saved me (again) by keeping me off of the plane when I came home for my Grandmothers funeral , thus, thus missing the flight. I just thank him for every day I have.
